Armed with an award-winning script, 8 supremely comedic performers, and a R0.5 million set, Alan Committie has put together one of the most spectacularly hilarious productions you might ever see.

Winner of Olivier Awards 2015 'Best New Comedy, The Play That Goes Wrong tells the story of an amateur dramatic society which unexpectedly comes across a large sum of money. They decide to stage a larger-than-life 1920's murder mystery, yet everything that can possibly go wrong during each performance does. However, the resulting chaos is so hilarious to their audience that, come each curtain down, the audience is in a state of absolute hysterics.

Receiving praise such as "I feared I was going to hyperventilate - it's that funny" (Daily Mail) and "Genuinely totally hilarious" (Daily Telegraph), this production is a must-see for all who enjoy a good laugh. Pieter Toerien himself even states; "It's the funniest thing I've ever seen. I cried with laughter".
