Dubbed "Pretoria's biggest student festival", Lentedag 2019 is just around the corner! This year, the festival boasts an "even bigger line up, additional Silent Disco Dance Floor and a whole bunch of games and fun activities at the festival!"

Lentedag (directly translated as "Spring Day") traditionally marks the beginning of the new spring season, although the Southern Hemisphere spring only technically begins on the 23rd. Symbolically though, the festival is all about youth, newness, life, emerging artists, and festivities. Beginning as a small residence get-together, the festival has grown into a spectacle with multiple stages, dancefloors, a silent disco, food stalls, and bars.

The festival organisers are well aware that the student life is a financial struggle and have made extra effort to make every cost light on your pocket - so there's no excuse to stay at home and watch the festival through your friends' Instagram stories. Pull through for a wondrous day full of excellent music, great vibes, and sunshine.
